## Baccarat: The Betting System 1-3-2-6

This strategy involves betting 1 chip on the first hand, 3 chips on the second, 2 chips on the third, and 6 chips on the fourth. The goal of this wagering system is to take advantage of short-lived winning streaks rather than trying to recover lost wages. This system is based on the premise that winning and losing streaks are common and occur in ‘packs’ of two or three. In fact, if you win the round in which you placed high bets, you will recover your lost bets in addition to raking in additional winnings.

For example, imagine that the value of a token is \$ 10. You will have to bet \$ 10 on the first hand, \$ 30 on the second, \$ 20 on the third and \$ 60 on the fourth. You are free to determine the value of the chips that you will put into play. If you lose a hand, repeat the betting sequence from the beginning. This system will allow you to never lose control of your budget. It is always better to bet on the player or the banker (even in spite of a 5% commission) and to keep clear of the bet on equality. If you prefer to reduce the risks, you can also use the 1-3-2-4 strategy. In doing so, you will need to place 4 tokens during the fourth round instead of the 6 initially planned.

The Parlay strategy

The Parlay betting strategy is comparable to the Paroli system. It consists of increasing your stakes as the game progresses. After winning a victory, you will need to add the resulting winnings to the initial bet that you will place in the next round. If you win the bet, you will repeat the operation during the third round (and so on). Basically, this strategy recommends that you double your bets after each win. If you lose, you will have to return to your original bet. So if you place an initial bet of \$ 20 and win, you will win \$ 40. During the second round, you will have to bet \$ 40 (\$ 20 initial bet \$ 20 winnings). If you still win, you will win 80 \$, which you will have to put into play during the next round (40 \$ initial bets 40 \$ winnings). If you lose, you will have to return to your initial bet of \$ 20 during the next round. As you can imagine, caution is required! Misusing this strategy could put your capital at risk. Therefore, it is better to leave the table after a winning streak.
